This is WebRTC framework in XCFramework format for iOS arm64.
Google provides the official builds for iOS, if all you need is iOS build, get it from Google:
Requires Swift 5.3 / Xcode 12+.
Add WebRTC repository https://github.com/pablito25sp/webrtc-ios-framework.git via Swift Package Manager, and set Branch to m84.
