Relaxing the peerDependencies for svelte v5

Is there interest in relaxing the peerDependencies for Svelte 5?

@obgibson I do not believe this is being maintained any more. If you want to have a cut at it you can take a look at the one I have refactored and fixed a bunch of issues with here: https://github.com/humanspeak/svelte-markdown
