Updated app manifest to use "paradigm-ehb" as publisher name. Unified x86 platform mapping in solution file for WinUI project and removed redundant Release|x64 build config from WinUI test project.
Upgraded the Microsoft.Windows.SDK.BuildTools NuGet package from version 10.0.26100.7175 to 10.0.26100.7463 in the project file to ensure compatibility with the latest Windows SDK features and improvements.
