계약 spine 모듈이므로 공개 API 표면 변화가 없는 항목만 상향했다. - go.opentelemetry.io/otel: v1.45.0 -> v1.46.0 - go.opentelemetry.io/otel/trace: v1.45.0 -> v1.46.0 v1.46.0은 attribute.Hasher 추가와 (*Set).Filter nil 리시버 panic 수정으로 API 확장이며 breaking 변경이 없다. 검증: GOWORK=off go build/vet/test ./... 통과.
