CI로 변경한 파일의 SHA-256을 공용 workflow ownership 검사기 사본에 반영합니다. 이 저장소의 워크플로와 SDK 실행 코드는 변경하지 않습니다.actionlint v1.7.12, workflow ownership·PR boundary·기존 회귀 테스트와 5개 공용 사본을 포함한 stack CI consistency가 통과했습니다.
