Fix 2 vulnerabilities by upgrading archiver and aws-sdk in aws-lambda registry

Bumps archiver from ^2.1.1 to ^4.0.2 and aws-sdk from ^2.201.0 to ^2.1693.0 in package.json to address two Snyk-reported vulnerabilities. The package-lock.json is updated accordingly.
