Release gate status: CodeQL is clean on the final release tree; Python 3.11 has completed successfully and the remaining refreshed CI lanes are running/finishing. Version parity is 0.3.0 across Python, both Rust crates, and Cargo.lock. @parthozyy @RajvardhanPatil07 — one write-access approval is required by the protected-main rule before merge.

The stabilization and release-candidate gates completed with CodeQL reporting no new alerts and the core Python, native Rust/Python, lower-bound, optional-feature, Arrow/interop, frontend, and package-quality checks clean. Temporary release-preparation workflows have been removed; the final release tree contains only intended 0.3.0 changes.
develop/augustremains a long-lived development branch and must not be deleted.
