Use Migrant outside rails?

Feature Request: I would love to use migrant outside of rails.

But it seems that it's built just for rails. eg:

migrant / lib / migrant / migration_generator.rb

  model_root = "#{Rails.root.to_s}/app/models/"

[pascal-za]

I suppose we could depend on ActiveSupport and ActiveRecord and only add the Railties if Rails is present, but stuff like the models directory would need to be made configurable. You would also lose the generators obviously.

I haven't had much requests for this yet so I can't invest the time in doing it right now, but you're welcome to take a stab at implementation if you'd like.
