Problem statement
High-priority products like RHOAI have started to approach the ChatBot extension with new requests for features and design guidelines. We need to be able to accommodate requests for new features in order to keep the ChatBot as an effective source of shared code across the company.
Definition of success
By the end of Q1 2026, we will have completed all ready-for-development issues that are requirements for RHOAI, the AI Installer project, or other high-priority products. All issues will be closed, with tests, demos, and any documentation updates required by Erin Donohoo. All PRs have been reviewed by design (usually Kayla Chumley).
