Library theming: Update Simple list component in design kit

Update the Simple list component in the PatternFly design kit to align with the unified theme. Update Figma files, styles, documentation, and ensure unified visual consistency throughout.

Deliverables:

• Update tokens

• Include new variants

• Update branded icons

• Address audit fixes

• Boolean inconsistency updates (checklist here)

• Simple List Items:

• Update to use our action--plain--hover/selected tokens

• Apply correct tokens (variants are currently using outdated color style here)

• Consolidate the "light" and "dark" variants for hover/select.
