Library theming: Update Table component in design kit

Update the Table component in the PatternFly design kit to align with the unified theme. Update Figma files, styles, documentation, and ensure unified visual consistency throughout.

Deliverables:

• Update tokens

• Include new variants

• Update branded icons

• Address audit fixes:

• Boolean inconsistency updates (checklist here)

• Per product request from RHEL for Insights, add a "text + icon" property or a show icon left and show icon right boolean to the existing table row types

• Remove the drag outside error variant

• From the 3/31 design share – @asumihasan noted that tree table components are missing from our PF6 Component Library. See for examples.

• Favorite icon:** **The pattern we use for favouriting uses a gold star icon when selected. This gold colour is close to a colour contrast issue so the team has decided to switch to using an unfilled star by default that transitions to a filled star icon. The new animation styling is still applicable with this update.

• Default: Filled black star

• Hover: No icon change button background colour changes

• Click: Animating transition with short scale change and colour from black to gold.
