This repo contains my solutions for all the code challenges in the course Finding Hidden Messages in DNA (Bioinformatics I) (Honors track) from UC San Diego, offered on Coursera.
There are 4 sections ("Weeks") and each contain multiple code challenges. These are all under the CodeChallenges folder.
The datasets used in the course to test the code are attached in the CodeChallenges/Datasets folder.
