feat: add analytics opt-out control - #124

AddAnalyticsOptOut component to AboutDrawer and PrivacyContent pages to allow users to disable analytics tracking. Initialize analytics opt-out functionality when about drawer loads. Update privacy policy documentation to reflect current data handling practices and service providers.
Export READY error codes set for reuse across modules. Add Sentry event and breadcrumb scrubbing to remove sensitive user data before sending to Sentry. Configure Umami analytics with beforeSend hook to round route coordinates and strip query labels from tracked events, protecting user privacy. Add e2e tests verifying the Umami hook is properly wired on all pages and correctly scrubs sensitive data from shared links.
