Repairs operation-bound Engineering Platform reset revalidation and the cross-product coordinator. Generic preview remains visibly blocked during maintenance while the exact owning operation receives a read-only revalidation receipt; apply repeats source, fence, actor, target, generation and provenance checks at the mutation boundary. Coordinator contract v2 invokes owning revalidation and handles a completed first peer during sequential finish. Advances EP to 2.3.83. Qualification: projection and 15-component version checks, 59 focused tests, and a real installed-CLI synthetic full sequence including restart and partial-failure recovery.
