Closes the installed Forge readback failure for an EP-owned operator retry chain without creating a new Forge submission. The original accepted-request digest remains exact; exact-parent retry successors use their own canonical attempt digest, require immutable artifact parity, and may carry an EP-authorized baseline only when requested revision, allowed target, transition target, and execution baseline bind exactly. The resolved attempt digest is persisted in the secret-free audit binding.\n\nRegression evidence:\n- pre-fix live-form regression: failed with accepted-request digest mismatch\n- python3 -m unittest tests.test_ep_http_adapter: 41 passed\n- bash scripts/validate.sh: 669 passed; product-version and offline projection PASS\n- Forge 2.7.21 patch operation recorded
