Summary

  • publish a sanitized public projection of the Forge 2.7.22 release and installed-update completion evidence
  • retain exact public version, source, PR, release, package and registry-artifact identities
  • replace local installation, runtime, peer and secure-store metadata with stable aliases whose mapping remains outside Git
  • record the later fail-closed reset preparation without claiming a production reset or Mission 3 start
  • add README navigation to the completion record

The earlier unmerged branch commit is not part of this PR ancestry. Its already-pushed operational metadata is not claimed to be removed from GitHub history. Targeted review found no usable credential or authorization material.

Validation

  • canonical repository validation: 738 tests passed, 1 skipped
  • product version check: PASS, 2.7.22
  • offline AI-development projection: PASS
  • staged and committed diff checks: PASS
  • host-metadata and common secret-pattern checks: PASS

Safety boundary

Documentation only. No release, installation, credential change, CENTRAL reset, Mission, force-push, history rewrite, branch deletion or visibility change.
