Preserve the complete protected reset-revalidation delivery from #144 unchanged. Its eleven changed paths do not overlap this six-file documentation slice. Requalify the exact combined candidate under strict main checks; no protection bypass or release/installation action.

…MP) (#145) Owner-requested one kickoff through complete vertical DoD for both lanes, including tests, necessary refactoring, independent review fixes, supported owner-authorization actions, protected PR/main merge and declared artifact/installed delivery. No routine repeated owner confirmation or separate test/DoD/merge kickoff. Current main #144 integrated unchanged; final candidate 8bd2edb passed Forge CI 35317889274, CodeQL 35317889162 and TDE observe 35317889327. Exact documentary hashes and all 165 node IDs/34 families/7 shared joins preserved and checked. This change does not modify runtime behavior, protections, live assignments, credentials, releases, installations, CENTRAL or Mission criteria.

Repairs operation-bound Forge reset revalidation without weakening generic fail-closed preview behavior. Adds exact prepared-operation, writer-fence, authority, target, source, generation, backup and implementation checks at the destructive boundary; advances Forge to 2.7.23; and extends the exact installed updater for the additive same-schema transition. Qualification: full Forge validation (744 tests, one opt-in published-artifact test skipped), version/projection checks, focused reset tests, and a real two-product synthetic sequence.
