src/content submodule at the preview branch card-terms-nigeria-8.4-content on peanut-content.

• Real change / source of truth: peanutprotocol/mono#43 (goes live via the mirror pipeline).
• Merging this PR would be pointless — the mirror overwrites peanut-content from mono anyway.
• Close this PR once the preview has been reviewed; publish for real by merging mono#43.

What to look at

Open the Vercel preview → /en/card-terms-international and check:

• New §8.4 Nigerian Users clause appears right after §8.3 "Lost or Stolen Cards".
• Contact email reads support@peanut.me (also on /en/card-terms-us, /en/card-esign).
