Content-only; no code changes. Supersedes the stale #2420 (older content SHA 72e1f53).

Closing — bumping src/content to peanut-content latest would publish the in-progress tos-v1 legal overhaul (rewrites of terms/en.md +180 / privacy/en.md +198 with links to card-legal routes not yet live), which fails the content-verification gate (12 broken links). The intended change (remove personal phone number + help@→support@) is only a 14-line slice. Will ship it isolated onto the current prod content instead.
