Cuts 0.2.1 so the README rewritten in #10 reaches crates.io and docs.rs. Both render the README packaged with a published version, so they still show the 0.2.0 text.

Documentation only. No code, public API, telemetry, contract or spec/ change.

  • Cargo.toml: workspace version and the guideme-derive requirement move to 0.2.1.
  • Cargo.lock, examples/otlp/Cargo.lock: refreshed for the version. CI builds the example --locked.
  • CHANGELOG.md: Unreleased moves under 0.2.1.

The pre-push gate passed: 35 tests, 14 doctests, rustdoc, and cargo-deny clean.

After merge: tag v0.2.1 on the merge commit, cargo publish --workspace --locked, GitHub release.

The README was rewritten in plain English after 0.2.0 shipped, but
crates.io and docs.rs render the README packaged with a published
version, so both still show the old text. A patch release is the only
way to update them.

Documentation only: no code, public API, telemetry, contract or spec/
change. Both crates move to 0.2.1 together, the derive requirement
with them, and examples/otlp/Cargo.lock is refreshed because CI builds
it --locked against the library's version.
