Hello world, I'm Bacelar 👋

Background in startups and supply chain projects. Did research on digital twins for manufacturing at Politecnico di Milano, published at the Winter Simulation Conference 2023. Now building a digital twin platform for logistics networks at Laplace Logistics (@laplace-ai) — first paper on the current work coming soon.

Digital Twin Library

Open-source library using SimPy to create real-time digital twins based on discrete event simulation for manufacturing systems. Includes synchronization, validation, and prediction of remaining cycle time — with feedback to the physical system for better decision-making. Built in partnership with the Lego Factory lab at Politecnico di Milano.
