Schedule cron input in user timezone

Currently the cron input for schedules is always UTC. Ideally it should be displayed to the user timezone on the frontend so users don't have manually calculate the correct timezone.

Hi,
i found this while looking for a solution to run game server schedules at local time of the node it runs on. In my opinion, a feature which offsets the time once when you enter it in the frontend is insufficient. Local time is not a concept of a static offset. Some regions have daylight saving, where the time zone changes twice a year. For example, where I live from CET to CEST.
