Bumping @pensar/semgrep-node package version to latest.

This release adds support for autodetecting languages present in the current repository, adds new commands to easily login and set your Pensar API key if using our inference endpoints, and improves local mode first time setup.
This release also implements an improves text ui for applying auto-fixes when running from the CLI.
Changes to the github action definition were also made to adhere to the simplified CLI entrypoint.
