Public release: Room Riddle brand, showcase README, community files and CI - #1

- TV manifest title is now "Room Riddle" with a 512x512 launcher icon (@image/roomriddle_icon.png, packaged in the .vpkg). - Home wordmark and leave dialog read "Room Riddle". - Phone app: page title, wordmark, favicon, apple-touch icon and a web manifest so it can be added to a home screen. Tests: root check green, TV 75/75, TV build OK.
…docs/system-design.md - New README: banner, icon, badges, TV + phone screenshots, how it plays, the five cases, guarded AI suspects, features, quick start, architecture, quality, status and docs index. - docs/system-design.md keeps the full technical reference from the old README, updated for the current AI/voice pipeline and test counts. - docs/images: banner, icon, TV shots (VVD) and phone shots.
- CONTRIBUTING (workflow, conventions, how to write a new case), CODE_OF_CONDUCT (Contributor Covenant 2.1), SECURITY (private reporting), CREDITS (art, placeholder audio, voices, services), CHANGELOG. - apps/server/.env.example documents every server setting; all optional. - .github: CI runs npm run check on pushes and PRs (AI and voices off, no keys needed); PR template; bug and feature issue forms. - docs/testing.md: current totals (244 root + 75 TV).
