Summary: - Add PET-19 backlog specs for public people, profile, and organization detail routes. - Add PET-19 backlog specs for authenticated assistant usage and context-window routes. - Link the new backlog specs from the spec index and generic authenticated expansion placeholder. Rationale: - Phase 4 is documentation-only, so the specs record confirmed endpoint evidence and deferral reasons without changing SDK or CLI behavior. - Public identity surfaces and assistant usage metadata need accepted payload examples and privacy boundaries before implementation.
