VERIFIEDfor 5/5 real ZIP/SPDX/Grype outputs. Change only existing update-watch.yml: schedule remains unchanged; new workflow_run filter for successful native auto-candidate PR CI calls immutable shared verifier @ cb06156e897a0b8f0609d4320ab619ac6c5c29a8. No new workflow file/App/Secret/permissions beyond read-only job, no Windows rebuild for audit, no Release/publish/tag/signature bypass. Keep existing manual promoter until owner-authorized signed automatic mode passes independent technical safety gates. Required PG14–18 Windows matrix and App15368 summary, protected PR, exact-head squash merge, and postmerge acceptance required. Central build Issue #75.
