Issue pgextwin/build#75: update only immutable shared
candidate_signed_auditcaller ref from central #232 (5b09cba68666a062e78fe9f3d9944e1678e721fb) to central #233 (29e9c3445b8097ac504bdb967717fc4ba894ed85) after protected #233 and actual main/push Run39899432894 completed SUCCESS. Central verifier now carries ZIP, SPDX and Grype SHA256 for each maintained PG in read-only Publisher PUBLISH_DENY evidence. Existing 17/17 previous protected main/postmerge fully accepted: pgextwin/build#75 (comment) . plpgsql_check also updates its immutable regression pin fixture in this same PR. No actual Publisher write, no policy changes, no Release/Tag, no new App/Secret/GUI. Require exact latest HEAD App15368 PG14–18 5/5 + resolver + Windows required summary and other required checks before normal protected merge; then genuine main/push postmerge acceptance.
