update-watch.ymlSHA repin from central @304cd5d4 to protected/postmerge SUCCESS build main @069eca1a2ac09f01cab86452cf1eb24feda4dfc4 (PR #239). Reuse pgtap #38 protected main and original push CI success. Shared separate hosted read-only verifier re-downloads original signed ZIP/SPDX/Grype, runs REALgh attestation verifyfor pinned signer SLSA+SPDX, matches per-major SHA256 and exact main Run attempt; no new App/Secret, no write permission or unattended Publisher release. Preserve exact manual-only, PUBLISH_DENY, GO B/G4/G5 NO_GO. Regular Windows CI does not count as real signed candidate crypto E2E. Strict PR App15368 PG14–18/resolver/summary, normal protected merge, real main/push checks. Do not circumvent pg_bigm #46 safety restriction.
