I am using xmlgen in a project of mine https://sr.ht/~brettgilio/org-webring/. I am currently working on getting it ready to be contributed to GNU Emacs and org-mode, upstream. The dependency on xmlgen is posing a bit of a problem, though, because of it being an external dependency. How would you feel about the possibility of attributing the copyright to the FSF and maybe getting xmlgen added to GNU Elpa?
