Summary
composer.json: PHP minimum raised to>=7.4. phpBB 3.3 itself needs 7.2, and anything older than 7.4 isn't worth supporting.composer.json: phpBB range>=3.3.19,<4.0.0@dev. The old range claimed the extension did not support phpBB 3.3, which is no longer true..github/workflows/lint.yml:php -lon every PHP file pluscomposer validate, on PHP 7.4 (the new minimum) and 8.4 (the newest phpBB 3.3 supports).tests.ymlalready covers PHP 8.2 with phpBB's code sniffer and EPV.Test plan
