Summary
composer.json: PHP minimum raised from>=7.1.3to>=7.4. phpBB 3.3 itself needs 7.2, and anything older than 7.4 isn't worth supporting. The phpBB range (>=3.3.0,<4.1@dev) is unchanged; CI already covers 3.3 and 4.0..github/workflows/lint.yml:php -lon every PHP file pluscomposer validate, on PHP 7.4 and 8.4.tests.ymlkeeps covering the full phpBB 3.3/4.0 matrix.Test plan
