Remove this repo's own issue templates and SECURITY.md so GitHub uses the phpbbmodders/.github defaults (bug form, chooser linking org Discussions and the community forum, security reports to board@phpbbmodders.com). Summary
.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml,bug_report.ymlandSECURITY.md. GitHub ignores the organization defaults in any repo that has its own, so these were keeping the wiki on the old setup. It now uses the phpbbmodders/.github defaults:Per-repo Discussions are switched off after this merges. The only discussion there was the original welcome post, with no replies. Switching Discussions off hides it without deleting it.
