Refuse to enable on phpBB older than 3.3.19 or below the extension's minimum PHP version, showing a clear reason instead of a generic error. phpBB 3.3.17 through 3.3.19 fixed a series of security issues, so older boards should update phpBB first. Refuse to enable on phpBB older than 3.3.19, or below the extension's minimum PHP version, with a clear message instead of phpBB's generic error. Same check as adduser's ext.php.
phpBB 3.3.17 through 3.3.19 fixed a long list of security issues, so boards on older versions should update phpBB first.
Claude tested it on a phpBB 3.3.19 board: smoke test (enable, disable, delete data, re-enable) passed, and with the minimum forced higher, the extension showed its own error message.
