Adds an undecided idea to the starter templates plan (
docs/TODO/todo-wiki-templates-repo.md). Like Wikipedia's templates, installed templates become ordinary wiki pages that boards edit, so fixes made in the repository later wouldn't reach them. Installing a newer zip could offer to update only the pages still exactly as the previous install wrote them, using a checksum recorded per page, and leave edited pages alone. Each update is saved as a new version.Docs only.
