Add Small and Large, record Center as not adaptable, and catch more in the fetcher - #11

…n the fetcher Small and Large use phpBB's [size=85] and [size=120] BBCode in place of the <span style="font-size"> the wiki does not allow; both match Wikipedia's text. Center needs a <div> and phpBB has no centring BBCode, so it is recorded as not adaptable. fetch_template.py now flags HTML other than tables (Center and the size templates came through unflagged), and stops on a name that is only a redirect on the wiki, saying where it points, instead of writing a copy under the alias name: Smaller and Big had been fetched as copies of Small and Large, and Small's record entry carried the name Smaller.
