Adds {{Center}}, adapted from English Wikipedia. It uses the wiki's <center> tag (phpbbmodders/phpbb-ext-wiki#71, in 1.1.0-a2 and later) instead of Wikipedia's <div class="center">, so it has no style option. Center was recorded as not adaptable until that tag existed.

Claude checked both Example lines on the seed-forum wiki board against English Wikipedia: one matches, and the other matches its Expect line, which differs only because Wikipedia doesn't read BBCode. The edit preview showed the text centred.

Investigated and written by Claude on behalf of William Jacoby (bonelifer).
