src/test-cases/ contained Assertion + TriggeringTx fixtures with no consumers anywhere in the repo (not invoked by forge test or pcl test). test/PhEvm.t.sol and the ConstantsTest contract only checked that precompile address constants equaled their own keccak256 derivation, which pcl test never runs.
