…n Settings Add draft-only Statusbar (row 0) and Sidebar (row 1) toggles to the Settings tab ahead of Completion notifications (row 2) and Save (row 3). Each toggle flips only draft.statusbarEnabled / draft.sidebarSidebarEnabled; baseline and dirty state change via configsEqual. Render emits the exact labels and descriptions from the spec. Update Settings navigation in dashboard and integration tests to use the four-row order; locate rows by findIndex where state is available. /statusline remains usable when both draft values are false. Tests: 918 pass (101 in dashboard-state + dashboard-render).
