Add categories in sidebar nav for Pieces tools

Adds three categories, productivity, communication, and development, to separate the Pieces tools from each other so it's more clear and transparent to the user.

@choir27 I like this idea. I'm starting to convert some of the docs like the new raycast and cli docs to be product-first and follow diataxis framework.

I would double check what apps you have in each category. Id follow the groups we have on the home page for now 👍

@choir27 this will have some conflicts since we are changing up some of the sidebar layout with the new product-first docs that have now been added in. If you want to just keep this updated as I continue to update docs and then once everything is done, we can get this in 👍

@mason-at-pieces Should we update these tabs too in that case? Because the Explore Tools links under the categories Development, Communication, and Productivity redirect to one of the Pieces tools docs page.
