Update mock API server for V2 testing - #103

Replace V1 login WireMock stubs with V2 account status and login stubs. Update all existing mappings to use urlPath matching and relaxed header patterns (matches instead of equalTo) to work with V2 signing headers. Add new device sys_info stubs for HS200, KP200, KP400, KL420L5, KL430. Update device list response with new devices and expand tests accordingly. [#97]
