…sed wallets don't need flags
The supervisor spawns the binary with the manifest-derived args only — no
--evm-chains. v0.3.2 fell back to its single-chain flag default (8453)
which produced a Base-only wallet under the daemon. Two fixes:
1. --evm-chains default changes from '8453' to '8453,1,137' so the
released binary enables all three USDC mainnets out of the box.
2. PILOT_EVM_CHAINS env var overrides the default. Operators run
daemons with PILOT_EVM_CHAINS=1 (Ethereum-only), =8453 (Base-only),
or any subset they want without rebuilding the wallet binary.
Bumps 0.3.2 -> 0.3.3.

v0.3.2 left the flag default at a single chain (8453), so the supervisor-spawned wallet ran Base-only. This bumps the default to '8453,1,137' and adds PILOT_EVM_CHAINS env override.
