[Feature]: Set a color for Project

Problem or use case

Having multiple projects in use at the same time is great, but at a glance it can be confusing as to what you are working on / have open. When working in multiple terminals my solution is to color different terminals in different colors.

Proposed solution

Allow coloring Projects somehow. Possibly right click, choose color. Similar to how it works in MacOS Finder?

I could be useful to have at-a-glance idea of what is what.

+1 — designer here. This is the single thing that makes the sidebar hard to scan once you're past ~6 projects: every row is same-weight gray text, and color is how eyes index a list.

One request on implementation: please don't stop at a fixed palette of preset dots. With many projects you need colors that are distinguishable from each other, and 7 Finder-style presets run out fast. The standard hue/saturation picker (the color wheel you get in Terminal's background-color settings, or the native macOS color panel) would be ideal — and a plain <input type="color"> in the web view gives that full wheel basically for free. Presets could stay as one-click defaults on the right-click menu, with a "Custom…" option opening the real picker.

For where the color shows: a dot or left edge-bar on the project row in the sidebar would be the minimal useful version — desktop and mobile, since the phone sidebar is where at-a-glance scanning matters most.

(Implementation note: there's already an accentColor concept for provider instances in providerInstances.ts — extending that idea to projects seems like a natural fit.)
