[Feature]: Provide Android APK for nightly builds

Problem or use case

When using the nightly version of the desktop app or the nightly version of the server, sometimes the android app cannot connect to the remotes because of an version mismatch, between mobile app and remote server.

Proposed solution

Include an Android APK in the nightly releases, so that server and mobile app have compatible versions.

Why this matters

This would allow nightly users to use the android app more reliable.

Smallest useful scope

Include the APK in the release.

Release time may go up, if the apk is not already build on release.
