[Feature]: Claude's Built-In `ReportFindings` skill support/capture

Problem or use case

When using Claude's /code-review skill recently, it seems that Anthropic has updated it to make use of a ReportFindings tool which integrates directly with the terminal UI. This is currently not captured by T3Code, and often results in wasted tokens/turns turning it back into markdown.

Marking it under server for now, though likely FE support will also be necessary.

Proposed solution

Ideally, a side-panel UI or inline widget (like how todos are represented).

Some way of making it visible such that I can select which items to fix from the numbered list that it generates.

Why this matters

This would improve ergonomics when using Claude by reducing 'stutter,' and would be able to account for any future users of the ReportFindings tool.

Smallest useful scope

Convert ReportFindings into markdown and inject it directly into the session.
