As an operator, I want to set some circles in the square whose x and y both varies from -1 to 1.
As an operator, I have to set some points with positive amount in the square first.
As an operator, I want to make sure that the circles don’t intersect with each other.

As an operator, I want to make sure that the total area of all the circles I have set is the biggest.
