Was: 'he scope of policies is defined and documented' (missing leading 'T'). Fixes the description in both pkimm-model-1.0.0.yaml and pkimm-model-2.0.0.yaml, then regenerates the affected category markdown and eramba CSVs via scripts/generate_category_docs.py and the integrations/eramba converters.
