Brand Voice Factory

Brand Voice Factory is the independently maintained source product for Chief's brand-voice creation and governance workflow. Chief pins release 0.2.1 and loads it only when a request needs voice discovery, adoption, or governed client copy.

Ordinary teammates do not install or select Brand Voice Factory separately. They install Chief of Staff once and ask for the work they need. This repository remains public for maintainers and direct development.

The repository contains reusable method files only. It contains no TKO records or other client data.

Normal team use

After OpenAI publishes Chief in the public Plugins Directory:

1. Open ChatGPT and switch to Work.
2. Open Plugins and find Chief of Staff.
3. Click +.
4. Start a new chat and ask Chief normally.

No terminal, Git, Python, skill name, or separate Brand Voice installation is required. A workspace admin can also make Chief available to required roles.

Example prompts:

• Run brand-voice intake for a new client.
• Build a complete Brand Voice Package from these approved sources.
• Write a landing page in this client's adopted voice.
• Draft paid ads with Hook -> Value -> CTA and validate the final copy.

Chief resolves the project and loads this pinned workflow. It validates the result, then reports what actually ran.

What it does

• Stamps a blank ICM client workspace with six review stages.
• Separates approved facts from inference and unknowns.
• Builds the voice architecture and its governed asset libraries.
• Routes claims and rights to accountable owners.
• Writes channel-specific copy from an approved brief.
• Records AI Sloppy Copy results and exact release decisions.

Paid ads retain Hook -> Value -> CTA. Landing pages, press releases, video, email, SMS, social, event, and executive material have their own controls.

Release boundary

Package adoption does not approve every asset. Public copy still needs current sources and the required owner decisions. The exact version must also pass privacy, rights, channel, and AI Sloppy Copy checks.

Do not store protected health information in the workspace. Use fictional records for demonstrations.

Versions

Brand Voice Factory release 0.2.1 is Chief's current pinned upstream runtime. AI Sloppy Copy 0.5.0 with Standard 2.2.0 supplies the writing validator inside Chief. Neither package is a separate team-facing install.

Direct Codex development only

Maintainers testing Brand Voice Factory independently may install its upstream dependencies and package directly:
