Embed offline carousel content libraries

What changed

• Embedded 751 offline hook source records with Business, UGC Creator, Influencer, and format-fit routing.
• Embedded 7 exact-source script frameworks and 39 categorized CTAs.
• Added local hook, script, and CTA query tools.
• Added intake controls for image-carousel, video-adaptable, or combined hook research.
• Removed all Notion URLs and runtime Notion dependencies.
• Updated Crafty Carousels to version 0.5.0 and documented the complete offline workflow.

Why

The purchased source libraries must remain available to Crafty Carousels and Chief without reopening their original Notion pages. Previously, part of the first library existed only in a human-readable PDF and was not machine-queryable by the skill.

Impact

Team installs can now research hooks and retrieve scripts or CTAs entirely offline. Exact-source controls, client evidence gates, mobile readability rules, three-anchor approval, and one-slide-at-a-time production remain enforced.
