This commit introduces the following improvements:
- Updated CONTRIBUTING.md:
- Added the `dotnet test` command to the Pull Request section.
- Linked to the new Code of Conduct.
- Added a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file based on the Contributor Covenant v2.1.
- Updated .gitignore to include `.roomodes`, a user-specific IDE configuration file.
