Will make packaging on Fedora GNU/Linux easier.

To get it to work, someone with commit access will need to agree to make a Fedora account at:
https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/

and agree to Fedora Code of Conduct, then follow the steps at:

http://packit.dev/docs/guide#1-set-up-packit-integration

Thanks for the PR, this looks useful.

I’m a bit unclear about the setup requirement mentioned. Do I need to create a Fedora account and complete the Packit integration steps before this can work, or is this change safe to merge as-is and the Fedora/Packit setup can be handled separately later?

Ideally you would setup a Fedora account first, then enable the bot then merge so one can check that the build works. However, if the Fedora account terms are not suitable, that is also fine - you do not need to merge. No rush to merge if you do not have time to examine at present.
